Meet the 141 Fitness Mildura Personal Trainers

DANIEL COGHLAN

Daniel is our head trainer. He has completed his level 1 ASCA Strength & Conditioning course. Alongside his experience as captain for Essendon VFL he now co-coaches the Irymple Football Seniors locally. Daniels background is an all-rounder athlete. His main passion is to help each person reach and realise their potential, plus live a healthy lifestyle by including exercise in their daily routines.

BIANCA COGHLAN

Bianca is our Gym manager. She has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. She is also our resident nutritionist. Bianca has been qualified in strength training and conditioning for many years. She is strict on technique and certainly won’t let you increase your load beyond your means until you’ve mastered technique.

COURTNEY LUSH

Courtney completed her work experience in 2021. She’s qualified in cert 3 & 4 fitness as a personal trainer and competed in Figure Bodybuilding competitions in 2022. In amongst the covid lockdowns, Courtney’s passion for fitness and helping others get healthy and active sparked her drive to get qualified. She is your bubbly cheerleader who will motivate you through any workout.

AUGUSTAS MCCALLUM

Augustas has a competitive athletic background and has been doing MMA for over 15 years. He has competed and coached in Australia, America, and Southeast Asia. He’s also a world champion in Jiu Jitsu. You can call him Augustas, Augie, or Gus, he has a few nicknames, and is one of the most humble beings you’ll meet. Gus also offers 1:1 PT at our 141 gym, you can enquire directly through him, or shoot us an email and we’ll get you in contact.

TENNAY FEATHERSTON

Tennay has been training actively with Bianca and 141 Fitness since 2012. She has over a decade of experience with weight training, and loves all styles from her weights through to the high-intensity cardio bootcamps. She’s a mum of two beautiful young children and trained safely through both her pregnancies. Tennay studied her Certificates 3 & 4 in 2023 and joined the 141 team as a Trainer as well as becoming a certfied STRONG Pilates Instructor.

SHAKARA DELCASTEGNE

Shakara is our quiet achiever, she has a gentle nature and an old soul. She will watch your form carefully and correct you discretely. Shak will ensure you’re getting the best workout for your time spent in the gym and nurture you along the way to achieving your potential.

ELIJAH BROWN

Elijah is a talented athlete who is passionate about sports and fitness. He studied Certificate 3 in Fitness during his VCE years in High school. While currently working full-time, he’s now stepped into a trainer role at 141 Fitness. Eager to learn and to coach our members to achieve the best results they can.
